Higher Lending Fees

Hi,
Am taking out a 95% mortgage and am finding that most borrowers charge higher lending fees. The best mortgage I've found that doesn't is Britannia's 2 year fixed at 4.78%, but I understand that offer might be going up to over 5% this weekend.
Does anyone know of any other lenders that don't charge a higher lending fee. We were ideally looking for a short fixed term deal although I guess I would consider other types of mortgages. I do have a broker but haven't been able to get hold of her and am a bit worried that I have to make a decision and apply by tomorrow to get the Britannia deal.
Thanks,
Ben
