Delia's Irish Whisky Christmas Cake help please

Hi everyone, I decided today's the day I start my Christmas cake so clicked my link in my bookmarks and the page is no longer there .

Has anyone kept a copy of this recipe as I really, really love it. I use it every year and for other cakes people ask me for and it always comes out beautiful and really tasty. I've used lots of recipes that taste good but I really love this one.

I will be forever grateful if anyone has a copy :o

    Hi esio trot,

I'm afraid that for copyright reasons I've had to remove the recipe but here's the link:

It is a great recipe, the only thing I do differently is leave out the angostura bitters as I always forget to buy them and use brandy instead of whisky because I prefer it!
You'll definitely love it I'm sure. Thanks again!
