good morning everyone:D
i am hoping someone will know where i could buy a couple of ferrets locally? our daughter has asked for one just about everyday of her life and she will be 8 next week so we would love to get her two as she has shown how well she can look after our pet rats so we trust her to be responsible for some new pets ( and i love ferrets too, lol)
My problem is i dont have the first clue where to look-i know they are used for hunting so im scared of finding a bad breeder who doesnt care for the health and welfare of the animal and just sells them on without caring where they end up!
If anyone has any advice i would be very grateful.
thank you.
laura.

If you type pet shops into yell.com for northern ireland and then best suggestion is to phone around them. can't give any specifics but try ones that advertise small animals.MFW 148 - Mortgage £121,000 1Jan11 / Mortgage £120,300 28Jan11 / £119,808 24Feb11 / £119,400 22 April11 / £119,089 29 May11 / £118,500 October110

Check out the Ads for Free paper too. I'm sure I've seen ads for them in there before. I have no idea what makes a good/ethical breeder of ferrets but I'd think you might get a better class of breeder that way than through buying from a pet shop.0
