I have spent nothing :money: :money: :money: for a change!
  • Nothing today yeah :j

Thank goodness as just plucked up the courage to do the snowball thingy and it has calculated that I'll be debt free in 5 years  I didn't think it would be that long but then I didn't work out my full debt until yesterday :o

If I keep cutting down and doing more mystery shops then I'm hoping to cut that by half - do you think that sounds reasonable? Sure hope so, getting too old for this :rotfl:

    Too bloody much!

Was supposed to be a cheap afternoon out with a mate watching a band and a quick pint.

    Turned out today I spent:

£1.20 on bus fare to town (fair enough)
    £4 on ticket (fair enough)
£8 on drinks (hmmmm, was supposed to be about half that)
£7.10 on taxi home because the bus I planned to get didn't turn up at 7.15pm as advertised on the Stagecoach website. The next alternative bus route to my part of town wasn't for an hour
(You just don't hang around bus stations for an hour and then have to get on a bus that takes another 40 minutes to get home either do you?)

Flippin mad about that last expenditure and a bit disappointed at spending more on drinks...but I remember a time when if I only spent £8 on drinks I would have been like this:

Oh I have come a long way!
