    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Absolutely glorious day here...am considering getting my running kit on and going out for a quick run before I go to the allotment, tesco shopping and do something with DD.

    Morning Sally....I have been up half the night with Chloe...she gets in with me and when I am on my own but when OH is here I think she feels squashed and kicks me all night....am exhausted.

    But its a nice day so am going to take her swimming down the outdoor pool later and catch some rays....

    No sun here today, I need some too as I have loads of wet washing:rolleyes:

    Food shopping with MIL and then off to try and get some new clothes for OH who has lost nearly 2 stone in the last few months and nothing fits him anymore.

    I have no small children to interrupt my sleep anymore, only OH who gets up to go to the loo about 20 blummin times.
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
