getting capquest to remove "unfulfilled debt" search

last year i got the teleplan lettes followed by capquest letters. when i asked them for proof of a credit agreement as i had no idea who the company they claimed i owed money to was they wrote and told me they believed my name had been used frauduently and they would investigate. i have heard nothing form them since.

checking my credit report i noticed a search showing up by capquest in the unfulfilled debt category. the only other thing on my credit for the last 6 years is my mobile phone bill.

i dont seem to be able to locate the last letter i got form capquest, how can i get this unfulfilled debt that is not mine removed?
