Unenforcable credit agreements - loan (too good to be true?)

http://www.torston.co.uk/invalidloans_claims.php

This website claims no win no fee for unenforceable loan agreements. Does this sound too good to be true? They say nothing to pay if you win either. Has anybody else had any luck with this?

Thanks

I dont want to sound rude but have you actually read any of the posts here that discuss this?

Ok, read the posts and you will see pages and pages full of people asking the same question. just ignore the claims company name as the same applies to all claims companies.

There are also a load of posts if you decide to DIY.

I’m going through the same thing with the same company at the moment, see thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1888703 They seem to be the only one out there doing the service free of charge which was what sparked my interest initially.
I have researched it and it all seems above board. With regards to previous luck, apparently the barrister that they work with is a guy called David Berkley QC. He is the same chap who won the Mitchell unenforceable case against the Bank of Scotland. He’s one of the main barristers in this area. I googled him and he has also represented Gary Barlow from Take That and the Stone Roses in the past. Although I don’t think they were to do with unenforceable credit agreements;)
