Hi, London and Country should have issued a KFI (Key Facts Illustration) and this would have documented the product recommended. Does this document differ to what was on your mortgage offer? But then again, what did it say on your mortgage application? Do the two tally? Your mortgage application is really the key document as this is what the lender will use to determine the product to apply to your mortgage.Matched betting proceeds so far: £505.000

The first key facts document was for a variable rate mortgage.
