Recieved Statutory Decleration ! Need help plz

Wow if this is form 17 that was quick i only sent my debtors application away on Tuesday 8th this wk !

I have recieved the stat declaration today and i have to answer some Q as follows

Q 1Please confirm the balance off your Halifax acc and co-op account

well iam in overdraft on the halifax and added this to list off creditors on the Debtors aplication so i have no balance just an overdraft balance which i have not spent so what will i put in for this shall i write a note in with the ?

co-op account at this moment has only one off my benefits paid in

Q 2 you have mentioned you have life assurance policy does policy have a surrender value......well i dont think so its just li[fe insurance through M& S ?

Also does this mean my Bankruptcy ( LILLA ) has been accepted ?

Q 2 you have mentioned you have life assurance policy does policy have a surrender value......well i dont think so its just li[fe insurance through M& S ? you'll have to ring M&S on that one...some policys are worth nothing if cashed in early...the AIB is looking to see if they cash the life policy in will it raise any cash?..

Also does this mean my Bankruptcy ( LILLA ) has been accepted ? not sure yet...although sounds like they're just tying up a few loose ends so probably not far off now..

Iam overdraw by 2,499 ..sorry i still dont understand what i have to put for this i have £150 left in overdraft but its not mine

well....list the balance as £-2,499.....and explain its an O/D and how far your into it

phoned them today and i suggested i print out my bank statement from online both the Halifax & co-op they said that was fine but i didnt need to i could just put in the figuers , also phoned my life insurance who said there would be no surrender value and i asked her to send me a copy saying that
I will wait untill i recieve that then post the three documents together then wait and see what happens next
