Postage Stamps? Cheapest place to buy?

Hi all:

need to buy probably about 150 2nd class stamps..

They're 30p at the moment if you're just sending a usual sized card aren't they?

Anyone have any tips about where I could buy the stamps at discount??

You can buy unfranked unglued stamps on ebay

that people buy at half price and then use to send letters - I'm a bit worried if I did this the people I had sent them too would perhaps be charged?

I think Superdrug sells stamps and they are often cheaper than the post office - I got this tip from Martin's emails.
