  • The images are a bit small for my eyesight. Have they supplied interest, cash advances figures etc...? If not they have not supplied the prescribed terms they can't enforce the debt. If they have supplied the figures you should get the calculations checked (you can find companies who will do it for free i.e. free assessment & no legal fees & no deductions)
  • there is % figures for balance transfers.

When this card was taken it was an accucard and was done online years ago, it probably changed to TSB platinum about 3/4 years ago.

Im sorry im pretty much a beginner and to be honest it just looks like terms and conditions to me?

  • Sorry I can't really offer you any advice but I would be interested to see what advice the people here can come up with as I too had an accucard which is now Lloyds TSb and they are i nightmare, so I'm thinking of going down the CCA route too.
I must stop procrastinating, I must stop procrastinating! promise I'll stop tomorrow OK:D

  • You need to get the calculations checked out to see if they have complied with CCA regulations. Its not easy to do by yourself i.e. recalculating APR. Most cmcs use software alongside manual checks to do this.Whatever you do do NOT pay a penny to anybody to do this. there are ethical cmcs who do a free audit and offer free legal representation and do not take any deductions(i.e. they get costs back from lender)
