Hi folks
i bought a pair of GHD's from looksfantastic.com in December 2008, went to use them yesterday and they aren't working. I e-mailed them yesterday to find out what to do - no reply as yet
Can anyone tell me what my rights are with this? I'm thinking as they are less than a year old that they will still be within the 1 year warranty period, but does that mean a repair/replacement or partial refund? also how long should I reasonably give them to reply to my e-mail before taking other action?
Has anyone else dealt with looksfantastic before? good or bad customer service?

Deal with GHD directly, they have a 12 month warranty on the product as a minimum (some models its 24 months).

I assume the company you bought from is lookfantastic, not lookSfantastic. If so then they are an authorised GHD seller, so complain to GHD if they are mucking you around.0 -
