recovering fraudulent credit card sums

Said to say I've been duped. Bought tickets from a website called MuseBoxOffice.com to see the band Muse live but never received the tickets. Apparently people are now saying this website is a scam. This is getting quite common now (its said 1 in 10 ticket purchases are scams). I bought the tickets with my amex card and the total price was over £100, so is there anything i can do to recover the lost money from amex or am i helpless?
