I've used them via their eBay website. Received the goods on time, however I contacted them about overcharged postage and received replies like:
- "we have better things to worry about."
- "If you do not understand any of the above, please re-read."
- "Please take your business elsewhere"
They may be established, but their customer service needs to be improved greatly!0
