Some Advice needed please

I have recently run a credit report on creditexpert and have found out that i have had a ccj issued to me on in may this year, i have recieved absolutly no writen information about this as the address they have is from where i lived 2 years ago, they have also spelt my first name wrong (if this is any relevance i dont know) back in 2007 i found i had an account with clydesdale finance from back in 2002,(again by doing a credit report) i had always thought this agreement i had set up a store card was going out of my bank, but my credit report said different so i contacted them and paid the outstanding balance, never recieving any conformation of this i just assumed it would all be forgotten about until now as this is the only thing that this ccj could of come from. I really havent a clue what to do or where i stand, i have tried to find record of this payment to clydesdale back in 2007 but i cant remember the card i made the payment on.

Contact Credit expert and they will give you the contact details of clyesdale (or look on the credit report) and then speak direct to them. Ask for the complaints section and be forceful with them - but not rue.

Explain it the best you can and see where that gets you.
