selling things at an event- how much to do?

Hello,I have 2 "bookings" to speakto 2 groups in november. I am thinking of selling some bits at the end to raise money for charity but I have no idea how much to take/buy/make

I was thinking of doing xmas towel cakes, flannel reindeer, snowman soup, reindeer food, pint glasses, sock muffins and cup and saucer with flannels

I just have NO idea how much to make/buy. The first group has about 60 people coming (Im the only speaker), not sure about the other but i think its about the same.

Please help!!

You could make some samples of your things and then take orders for them on the night, taking payment up front and then delivering the finished goods afterwards, that way you only make what you need and will not be stuck with unsold stock.
