You have to be signed in for it to work. When I ordered it didnt show until I was signed in and went to checkout and it worked

I dont rate this mascara, sorry! The brush has more like bumps than strands, and eyelashes look wispy rather than full! Might swap the unopened ones. Still grateful 2 OP.
