:mad:Im not sure if this in the right section but anyway,
My partner got 2 mobile phones from 3G,firstly they checked to see if she would get reception where we live, said yes it would be excellent,(you had to walk 400 yards down the road then she would get about 10 text messages displaying all of the missed calls she had during the course of the previous evening),due to the fact that she couldnt get reception where we live, she had complained and got nowhere, she had signed an 18 month contract and couldnt even use or recieve calls where we live, after about 9 months she paid off the full contract on 1 of the phones, but the other one i was using and told her i was not going to pay the bill because they had lied and said the reception would be excellent and in my eyes they had broken thier side of the contract, she then started getting up to 20 calls a day from 3G demanding payment starting from 6.30am up untill 12 oclock midnight, they wrote to her twice demanding payment in full or the debt would be passed to debt collection agency in the end we told them to do what they had to,a debt collection company then contacted her and we agreed to pay the debt collection company £10 per month on the 26th of each month, this was going ok but still the phone calls from 3G,surely you cant have 2 companies asking for payment for the debt and 3G harrasing us on our home telephone at all hours of the day and night, waking our baby up and this is making my partner ill and depressed,i wonder if anyone has had dealings with these ruthless people who are extremely rude when you talk to them, dont listen to what you say,and refuse to stop ringing our land line, this happened again today and i basically told them where to go and said i would call the police if they rang again harrassing us,i forgot to mention during one of these calls they told my partner that she would get a visit by someone and get serious trouble, she took this as a threat of violence against her,CAN SOMEONE GIVE US SOME ADVICE PLEASE ?????
