From the £240 I was happy to accept till I came on here and posted my 'good news'. To £356, but they have passed their deadline which was yesterday. They promised to phone back on Monday to confirm the £240 is back in but we will have to wait for the extra £96 as they have to get this cleared by another department. :mad: This is my mortgage they are bloody playing with.
As well as that they are running out of time to report back on OH's claim for his fees back. So we will be back at the start of fighting them.
