I have received my cuddly cow... yey ... I had forgot all about it..

I received an incredible six cuddly cows!!! I kept two for my four month old (methinks he will get through a couple as he likes to chew them) and gave the rest to charity.

I, too, completely agree with you but have found my very odd DTD hasn't been given to me b'coz I used MOCs...:( and the excuses have always been b'coz I bought the wrong product... In future if you are told you can't have DTD in cash or gift voucher because you paid in coupons then tell them they can give you DTD in coupons! Go to the cash office and get the same value of the DTD in coupons so if they owed you £1.20 then they could give you £1.20 in coupons, I wonder what reaction you'd get from the manager then!!;) After all you used good coupons in which they are still going to redeem and get cash for them and if they hadn't over charged you they wouldn't have those coupons, iyswim.;)
