Hi folks had word with smart coupon re the print system. They advised me that we should not be able to print coupons off more than once and are looking into it. Also had word with pedigree telling them the same and they are too lookin into the system....

  • mornin all ,
i have a treat for you , last week i brought our local newspaper and in side there was 3 coupons for various items nss 1 of them was for £3.00 off a 70cl bottle of drambuie
but when i looked at the barcode it did not tally to go through at £3.00 so i went to MR T and tried to use to see what happened and they wouldn'taccept it as it would not scan so
i went to the local paper publishers and told them and they told me that they had had an email from DRAMBUIE to say they were sorry but there had been a printing error and they would be correcting it soon so the kind lady gave me the phone number and told me to ring drambuie of which i did and explained that i had tried to use the coupon but it was refused and then she apologized and took my name and address and told me she would send me another coupon for £3.00 and also a 35cl bottle of drambuie as a gester of good will:j and sure it came yesterday just as described . EVERY LITTLE HELPS;) if you would like the contact number pm me . HTH
