Can anyone let me have Sir Terry's email address ? I've now sent 4 separate follow-up emails to Customer Services about the abrupt blanket-ban on internet vouchers at my local T's. This was after receiving an encouraging email from them, promising that they'd written to my local Store Manager, and would do all they could to help change his mind.
I have tried looking on this thread and the previous one, but can't seem to see Sir Terry's addy.
Thank you
MM

swan was well and truly trouted today at T's!
it was very busy so I took pot luck on joining a queue, only for the SA's to change as it got to my turn!
I knew it was gonna be difficult, so I just handed over 4 warby couponnet mocs for products I had bought, she scanned one but said she couldn't take them all as they were internet...I told her I had bought the product but she wasn't having it and said she would check...on comes the right light and after an age with queue building up behind me over saunters a supervisor who said "no, we can't take these, you could have printed as many of these as you want from the internet" "No you can't and I've bought the product etc" says I...
supervisor says something along the lines of "we can't take these after something or other* last week (*i didn't catch what she said here)" to SA and then went of to check herself
so off she goes to check and comes back to confirm no internet....
so well done to all the clownes abusing the mag mocs....
or should that be all the clowns from clownes :mad:0 -
There is a Pedigree coupon for £3.80 off a 3kg bag of large puppy dry. Tesco so sell 3kg bags of food but they DON’T stock this one, so this coupon MUST NOT be used. B’ham Dave spoke to pedigree and they said they only sell it to pets at Home and wholesalers (I think) but definitely not Tesco.
Tesco do sell 15kg bags of Pedigree and various other brands (the bags aren’t as big as you’d think). I’ve not seen the £6.89 coupon so I don’t know exactly what the product is. If someone could post what it says on the coupon it can they be checked to see if they sell EXACTLY what is says on the coupon in Tesco. They may have 15kg bags but the wrong 15kg bags.
I can’t remember if someone has confirmed it already or not, I’m sure I’ve read they have 15kg bags but can’t remember reading it is the right 15kg bags. Sorry if I’ve missed it.
The £3.80 is a no go, not sure about the £6.89 one.
I've just re read Picasso's post and see it says Pedigree Adult Large Dog Dry 15kg so thought I'd check on-line as I know my store has 15kg bags (just not sure which), they didn't come up for online shopping - maybe they are too heavy for home delivery. If anyone is thinking of actually buying a 15kg bag the ones that my store stock are half price at the moment, down to £12.25 so a bargain with £6.89 off.
So honesty does pay:DI am not a beige person:D0 -
Can someone give me advice on taking things back that have been paid for using coupons please. I bought over £50 worth of tesco printer inks for my new Epson SX200 (to take advantage of 200 extra points and Daily Mail £5 vouchers) and they are not recognised by the printer.
Do Tesco pay the money back in a Gift Card or Cash or is it up to each individual Store/Customer Service Manager
Welcome Back gill, hope you had a good time, missed all your freebie links;)
hey, I work for tesco at CSD so I know this one!!! it does depend on which SA you get serving you to be honest when processing a refund, but as a rule, if they spot on the receipt that you paid with coupons, you can either exchange for something from the same area of the store, in this case cartridges/photo paper etc, or the money will be put on a giftcard. if you get someone really ignorant they might give you cash though!Won't buy nuffink without a discount0 -

I've just got (sorry, had a printing frenzy and not quite sure how) a £6.89 smart coupon off Pedigree Adult Large Dog Dry 15kg. Does Tesco sell this? Tried the website and it seems not, but does anyone know. Don't want to do anything I shouldn't.
Sorry, nahteb20, for doubting you! Horwich had the 15kg bags, I think it said something like joint care as well and when I looked at the piccy on the coupon, I could just about see that it said that on it, so I used the coupon and it went through fine. Thank-you, Coupon-mad for helping with this and for the info about New Scientist and to you, KarenBB for reminding us that the £3.80 coupon is a no-no. I binned the one I had of that one. Had a really good shop in Horwich, they took the coupons, including FF, without any query and I ended up paying about £5 for a £36 shop, and I got a £5 off cider etc as well.0 -
I can't get any pdf as Adobe Reader doesn't work for me:mad:
but good luck to you who can get £1 - I can only use 5 coupons so £1 now and again is nice to have in there:D
Used it for ages now - recommended.

crumpetman so I can just use these vouchers in tescos no problem, Is there not a limit on how many I can use or how many I can use or whether to print them of in black and white.
There's no limit on how many you can use but you can't use duplicates unless you are actually buying the product, in which case you can buy 1 of the product and use two coupons, iyswim. You can't use coupons above your till total (so can't offer a £1 coupon for a 99p spend) and you can't use coupons which say 'for use only in Boots' or wherever. You can use total spend coupons from other places, eg FarmFoods, and you can print in b&w but set the printer to be as clear as possible as cross SAs not happy if they have to keep inputting numbers instead of scanning. hth.0 -
