I'm sure there is a thread somewhere?
Anyway baby due soon so want to freeze some nutritious meals that can be reheated in the oven etc. What can i do apart from lasagne/pies?
Need to be fairly simple to reheat as dh can't cook! and how do i freeze them to maximise space as i'd like to keep some of my dishes out of the freezer. thanks

In re the second part of your question - to keep your dishes out of the freezer, line them with foil and let the foil really overflow the dish, if you know what I mean. Put the meal to be frozen in the foil-lined dish. Freeze until firm, then lift out of the dish, wrap in the foil, then in clingfilm or a ziplock bag.
When you're ready to cook it, you can put it back in the original dish while still frozen and then let it defrost and bung it in the oven (of course, you've got to remember which dish you used )0
