• 1. Entry into this prize draw can only be made online at www.yakult.co.uk between 10th September and 20th September 2009 and completion and submission of the online entry form constitutes acceptance of the prize draw terms and conditions.
• 2. Entrants must be eighteen years of age or over. Employees of Yakult UK Ltd, their families, dependants and agents and any other person connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
• 3. All entrants must have and provide a UK full postal address.
• 4. All entries must be received by 11.59pm BST on 20th September 2009. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries which are late, lost or incomplete.
• 5. Five entries selected by Yakult UK Ltd at random on or after the closing date will receive a 32 inch LCD TV.
• 6. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 7. Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary.
• 8. There are no cash alternatives: the prize must be accepted as offered. Yakult UK Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• 9. The winner will be notified by email and the prize dispatched within 28 days of the prize draw closing.
• 10. Entries are subject to verification. Incomplete, bulk, automated and third party entries will be disqualified. Yakult UK Ltd reserves the right to refuse to accept any entrant and/or to select a winning entry at Yakult UK Ltd's absolute discretion.
• 11. Your data will not be shared with third parties.
• 12. Yakult UK Ltd has the right to withdraw the competition at any time.
