FF - you are doing really well, congratulations. Re the the Egg card, I say things like that to bank cashiers too, glad it didn't ruin the moment for you though.
Mola the 30k is a great milestone well done.
I went through a pile of old CD's yesterday, how sad is it when you see you paid £10.99 for a George Benson CD nearly 20 years ago, senseless when it came to money I really was ! Not sure my Milli Vanilli will be a most wanted anywhere but off to list it anyways !

:D Yahoo well done Mol!! Dancing round the sitting room for you (well will when I stop typing - dont want to drop the laptop!!)...now just think if you cancelled the gym & sold those 7 million cd's.....!!Aww thanks to you both for the encouragement...feeling like a money saving demon!! (see what have you done DFW today!) & forgot to include stuff gone on ebay ending today & my first amazon book sale!! Yahoo. This feels SOOO much better than spending (never thought I'd say THAT!!)...while I still feel furious with myself (esp when I SEE the interest I am paying) for being so stupid & blind these feeling are being replaced with feeling chuffed with myself...ebay is hard though! Take so much time but the am also accepting that this requires a whole new change of lifestyle if its to work...off to cook as been on here for hours & my bum is numb!

  • Hi there guys
I am just starting too, I have just gone from full time in a well paid job to part time so am missing a large chunk of income. I have chosen to do this as I have two kids and dont want them spending their lives with a childminder. I have worked my debts out and although not huge I want to pay them off so I know my money is my money on pay day. I have been inspired by all the people on here and have acted on the advice that I have seen given.
