Please help, this is driving me mad!!!!!

Hello, Sorry for posting this here, but it's where i usually hang out, and don't know what else to do now. I have logged on using my OH's e-mail account and set up a new user name.

I am Lydia.42 and since the site changed i can't log on. It's driving me insane!!!!!
When i enter my username and password it says they are wrong. When i then say i have forgotten my password, and get a new one it e-mails me the new one and when i copy and paste it into relevant boxes, it says my username or password is wrong. I have tried this on numerous occasions, and over several days, but still computer says NO!!!!! :mad:

I can no longer find the thread about the new website, and my laptop wont let me e-mail the webmaster for technical problems.

Does anyone have any suggestions?? Or could someone move this thread for me to somewhere someone might have an idea???

I wanna be back with you guys, and get to my PM's but computer doesn't like me. Unless i have offended someone and been banned - but don't think so!!!! I try not to offend!!! :rotfl:

Are you trying to email webmaster@moneysavingexpert.com ? You say it's your laptop, is it like that with other emails too? Could you try another computer?

Is this thread the one you are looking for?

Have you checked it is typed exactly right. I kept getting blocked for using a small b instead of a capital B.

I just checked in the member list and you have done everything right, you are listed as Lydia.42 , no gaps, dashes etc..... (although i guess you have logged in tons of times, so don't want to make out you have forgotten or anything), so it must be your password? (have you got a flag type thing as your avatar on a black background)

Guess if thats you, then it must be your password, or have you changed e-mail address or provider?

Thanks to everyone who suggested things. Couldn't e-mail web-master. I have a work laptop, and they have changed from outlook to lotus (boo hiss). When i clicked on webmaster it asked me for an outlook password - which i never had, and can no longer use outlook even though i think the software is sill on here. Doubled checked username so many times, and lost count of the times i asked for new password, and it still said NO!
Weird thing is, it let me set up new account, so don't think it was my settings. I'm not very technical though!!! Just had visions of not being able to say hi to anyone anymore!!!!

Archna reset my password in the end, and WOO HOO, I am in.
