Hi, I am looking to purchase a pool table, the proper one 7ft. Anyone know where I can find a good deal?

I bought my other half one for his 40th last year.. a proper slate bedded one... I got it from ebay - the seller ID was 1par72.

It was in fantastic (as new) condition - recovered in my choice of colour (I chose Red as the table is a light beech colour), it was delivered the day I wanted it to be (OH birthday), and the guy set it all up and everything - I think I paid just over £500 for it.

I would definitely recommend him.... He has a couple for sale at the moment but they are darker coloured ones:

Hi,
Not sure where about's you are but we used Amazon leisure .http://www.pooltablesuk.co.uk/index.htm they are based in Rhuddlan(which is reasonably local to us) and the guy was really helpful and was able to meet our needs etc and because we were able to see the tables it made it easier to choose then just a picture. From what i can remember he was competitively priced and offered us extra items i.e upgraded cue's, balls etc for free.
