Will they reject my mortgage application because I don’t have a credit history?

Hello, I hope this is the right place to post this thread
I recently found that I had no credit history because my credit accounts with HSBC is missing on the credit reference companies database (both Equifax and Experian). I have contacted HSBC many time and they kept asking me to contact Equifax and Experian. But Equifax and Experian said that HSBC didn’t share my account info with them.
What can I do to add my HSBC credit accounts on my credit file? Without a credit history, will they accept my mortgage application?
Help please>>>>>

Do you have credit cards/loans?
Are you on the electoral register?

They will reject without a credit history. I bought a pay monthly phone for a year to specifically create a credit history for buying a house. You may have to do similar:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

None of my HSBC stuff showed on my credit check ... the only history I had was 3 years Electoral Roll (2 different addresses). My OH had the same Electoral Roll history + a Virgina Media account that showed up.
There was a lot of faffing and Northern Rock wanted a million and one different bits of papers from our banks, etc .... but we got the mortgage in the end. Broker said he tends to try with NR for cases like ours ...0 -

I am not on electoral register at the moment? But will be in Dec...If you're not on the roll, it's unlikely you'll get any credit. Write to your local council to ensure you are. Do it immediately, don't wait for it to send round the annual forms.
For those who aren't eligible to vote (mainly foreign nationals), send all the credit reference agencies proof of residency and ask them to add a note to verify this.

Hi FraudBuster,
Thanks for the reply.
The local electoral register said I will appear on the new register when it is published on 1st December 2009. So in the main time, i am not on the electrol roll. I have already sent my bank statements as proof of residency. Is that enough?
