problem with DooYoo

I have been with dooyoo about a month, i had 42,000 redemable miles and 11,000 pending...

now it wont let me log in...says my user name and password are incorrect and when i typed in my email...it said it did not reconise it...

HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

that happened to my friend, but when it happened to her her reviews were so short. You could tell that she was trying to get the review just over 150 just to get the points, and never read anyones reviews or rated.

Perhaps you are doing the same? Otherwise, well its just wierd =S

mmmm...well i do just write my reviews...i dont really read other people's reviews or comment.

is that why they have disconnected me? is there any thing i can do. i have contacted them explaining...and one week later no reply...

When I first started I kept my reviews quite short and got an email from dooyoo - telling me that they were not upto scratch. A bit of a kick up the backside, that is how I saw it!! Since then I started to understand how it works. Basically you all rate each other. A review is also meant to be a minimum of 150 words - many are over 2000 words!!

I'm sure they'll mail you back. There can be a bit of a delay sometimes. They are not a bad company to work for.

I too had the same problem woody, but like you I haven't read or rated other reviews. I have emailed them and had no reply. I too will take it as a kick up the backside

I try and hit 500 words, keeps the reviews rated well and I'm edging toward £1 a review with ratings now.
