Morning! Me again :D Still rushing about, of course, but also managed to get my emails yesterday evening - caught up with my lovely American cousin, who was so worried about my silence she googled me, found my colleague's phone number, and phoned him to get my new phone number :o nothing like involuntary disappearance to show you that you really do have a connection to the world :j

Today is another busy one, of course - I've managed to work the washing machine again, later on today I *have* to figure out how to work the dishwasher (:j:j:j) which was only installed yesterday. Plus a client, a bath and hairwash, going to see my GP near where I used to live cos of the rheumatology report, stopping off at a DIY store, doing online banking.... blah blah blah. So I shall sit down properly this evening with the lappie - tho upright at the desk is still more comfortable than the living room, which is a warehouse (including a toilet, bought on August Bank Holiday Sunday :D). TV still has no signal either, so until last night, when I watched Have I got news for you online, I was subsisting on DVDs - no real hardship, as I have so many, but I need a bit of rubbish now and again ;)

Right, off for a very quick canter (ooh, and a cup of tea).

Glad to see that things are going well for you - chaotic, perhaps, but good chaotic nevertheless!!!

Thats right, good chaotic - one job that got done yesterday was a new letterbox - a gale was blowing through already, and I couldn't have a winter with that happening. Curtain rail in the bedroom went up (there were those gorgeous wide slatted solid wood venetian blinds already up, but I wanted my curtains as well) so they have to be ironed, and everything cleaned - I'll be getting there :)

Ooh fizz! Lurvely, thank you! The new letterbox is quite spiffy too :rotfl:

I managed to pay my horrendous credit card bill today - £1700  cos of the white goods and the new mattress :o and sent some money to France for the tax and the mortgage and whatnot, which, with the rent from the property, will see me through till, erm, March or so. V nice too  And I noticed a little mystery shopping payment, which even in the middle of all this dosh flying about has been transferred to the appropriate account :D

Then it was time to go see my old GP for the last time, to discuss the rheumatology appt I had just before the bank hol - yes to osteo arthritis, more investigation to just about every other system in my body, hey ho.

And now, I can finally sit here and have a look at the diaries!

Morning sweetie, can't believe you are still so MSE even through the move and working and everything. You are doing great!

Hope they get the arthirtus sorted. Mum had a good summer this year as her drugs are working well (last year was agony for her)

    Catch you later x

I don't know how you keep track of money flying abroad etc. All seems to be going well.
