. I might be still aiting for the CSA to act since April regarding an IMA set back in 1997, but no doubt its juts a matter of time before they contact me again. I just don't want it over my head anymore and need to stop worrying about it and get it sorted.
CSA now have the ability to do this, under what circumstances do they do this.
The ability to negotiate settlements where a lesser amount of money offered by a nonresident

This happened to a colleague of mine, the CSA said he owed 5k, he disputed it, but it was unresolved for quite some time, so in meantime arrangement was made that if my colleague (NRP) made regular set payments for 12 months with no defaults, to incorporate an increase, which was to pay toward alleged arrears, then any remainder would be written off by CSA after the 12 months.
They have since written off the alleged arrears after he kept to the 12 month arrangement, but I don't know of this happening elsewhere! Plus, just a thought, but we know they are not to be trusted, will they come back and bite him at a later date??????0
