curryqueens curry...help!

i printed her recipe off the other day. a lot of hassle getting a blender so once i got that sorted i proceeded to chop the onions and put htem in the blender as per instructions only.......they wont blend? couldnt be bothered hanging around since it was 4.15 before i started so i omitted the blend at the start and just went straight to the boil then simmer part.

is this ok, not sure why they wouldnt blend. dodgy blender? it was 21 pounds or so from argos, russell hobbs one. the first one was the cookworks and had to go back because it was broken. a lot of faffing around today lol.

did you put too much onion in? try putting some bread in instead to about halfway up bowl and see if it will work then - btw this will help clean it!
