IP appointed

Hello all.

After having my OR interview and explaining everything there, an IP has been appointed my case following a meeting of creditors. As far as I can tell the IP (national firm) doesn't have a local office. Am I going to have to explain everything again, or can they get by on the comprehensive notes already taken by the OR?

Thanks,

WS.

  • Good luck to you. We too had a IP appointed but ours was through the OR not creditors. Even though they are acting for creditors they still have to treat you fairly and if you dont agree with anything you can make complaints.
