I have had a annual subscription to the Telegraph for the past 4 years. It started at £2 per week. Now the renewal is £4.20 which is almost 50% off. Not a bad deal but in these times I think it could be better. Not really partial to Telegraph and wouldn't mind going back to the Times(I subscribed to it until it became too much) or any other broadsheet. Anyone got any tips for me to save some money. Thanks.

phone the Times and ask them to send you their sub offer. I think I pay about £3 a week.0

I have the Telegraph subscription and they charge me £13.84 a month on DD, this is double what I initially paid for a period of 2 years.
I phoned up to query it when they increased the cost and they told me "it's the minimum we can charge now"
You are paying a bit more than me so you could query it.0

I am paying The Times £3.00 a week, I called them and asked if there was a better deal. They said that my father's paid for The Tiems before I took it over, if I used his subscription number when mine ended I could have it at £2.50 a week. Starange to say the least...0

Hm. I'm just coming to the end of a £14 a month subscription for The Times and it is going up to £5.50 a week. I might call them to cancel and see what they say."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0

I will leave it for a while and then see if there are any offers.0
