i'm a newbie too and just wanted to pop on here and give you some encouragement. you are doing all you can to sort your debts out and you seem to have a clear path, even though it seems like you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel.
all the best though. i think your attitude is truly inspirational, i have certainly learnt alot just reading your post. off to write my bank to get back a £30 dd charge...as you say, every little helps!!

You can get money for your phone from https://www.envirophone.com. Depending on what kind of mobile it is you can trade it for £x cash or Argos vouchers. I'm just waiting for my 2nd cheque! Now I'm tempted to get a standard mobile from ebay and sell my shiny new one I got on my new contract!
Inkjet cartridges - I think it's https://www.inkcycle.co.uk. Depends on the kind of cartridges you have as to how much you get. Every little helps though!

Lots of schools and colleges are looking for invigilators right now. Could your OH do something like that? They dont necessarily need qualified people, just well educated. He might have to have a police check but I dont think they take that long. The school where i work is quite desperate for invigilators so i should imagine its the same in other areas.The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0
