Help with chicken stock/soup please.

I put a chicken carcass in the SC with carrot, leek, celery and some potato. I think I've added too much water as it's really thin. Is there a way I can thicken it up? I don't like thin soup!

    Hi Wendy,

    You can let the soup simmer for a while longer and the liquid will reduce down and / or add in some peeled chopped potato and once it's cooked mash it into the soup. If you don't have time to do that you could add a little cornflour mixed in cold water and stirred well into the soup to thicken it.

    Another good one is to add some instant mash mix

    I always scoop out a couple of ladles full and blend then mix back in with the rest to thicken
