First one is Luxor, Egypt as I have been to that place but I am sure its not Valley of the Kings - can't remember what it is called though.

The Egyptian one is Queen Hapshepshuts temple in the Valley of the Queens - I've been inside.

India - The Taj Mahal.

Peru - Macchu Picchu.
