Tesco checkout "verified by visa" not working?

Is anyone having a problem paying via the Tesco online check out for "verified by visa". I keep getting "system is currently unavialable. Sorry for inconvenience".

I seem to have this regularly with verified by visa on the Tesco checkout. Wonder if it is just my card (First Direct Visa debit card)?

Are you using Firefox ? I had trouble with this recently but it worked okay in IE.

I had loads of problems with this yesterday. (Not sure if we have Firefox).

I gave up in the end.

I have been having problems with this over the past four days. My credit card company can't help and have referred me back to Tesco. I am still awaiting their reply...... but it is extremely frustrating.

I was having problems as well using Internet Explorer, i changed to Firefox and it worked.

I've had the said problem with Tesco online as well as National Express! Phoned Verified by Visa and they told me to take it up with the companies - I know it is supposed to improve security but for me it's unneccessary.

I phoned my bank and they told me to untick the box in the 'accessibility options' section in my tesco 'my account' - it now works perfectly.
