Digital Camera Sub £100 4MP 3x Zoom

My parents want to get my sister a digital camera for her birthday. They don't want to spend more than £100 on it (I'm not sure if that includes batteries/charger and an extra card or not).

I've found Fuji FinePix A345 (£93.96) and Kodak EasyShare C330 (£69.87) on Amazon.

Anyone got any others?

Needs to be at least 4meg with 3x optical zoom. Can't be a piece of crap (i.e. needs to be a good make, not Tescos Value).
