You might find something like that on your local freecycle site. Just type freecycle and your town into google and register and post a wanted ad

Maybe from your local freecyle if you're
a) really lucky
and
b) capable of taking it away with you!
Alls I can think of really - sorry.
If you don't already know about freecycle - see here:

You could try Freecycle. If there isn't a piano on there you can post that you want one."I am not a vegetarian because I love animals; I am a vegetarian because I hate plants." A. Whitney Brown0

We got the advert newspapers, about £1 each up here. Pianos are often listed as free (or very cheap) if you uplift. People can't afford the space anymore and very few charities want them unless the donor also delivers it!!
As ours took 4 removal men and a couple of hernias you'll need some big strong mates with lifting straps and a sturdy van or a real firm. That part can cost around £100. We also sent flowers to the lady who gave it to us and £20 to the removal guys to have a pint. It was so heavy the first removal firm couldn't lift it despite us telling them "The lady says it's extremely heavy, even by piano standards." When the second firm lifted it, they stripped off all the front panelling and the entire inner framework was brass...it looked gorgeous but weighted a ton or two.
Hope you get something.:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -
