    Well done and enjoy.

We've just sold our first house, moving up north due to job relocation. Now going through the process of buying a new build in Manchester, living with partners parents again for a month until we complete (!!!!!!!). Even when things go relatively smoothly its an awful process to sit through, all you want to do is move in and enjoy, patients is the name of the game.
