I have had a few from them. I just write to them telling them that I would find it very inconvenient for them to come to my house and if there is anything they wish to discuss, then they should first contact me in writing.
My last postcard came a couple of weeks and I got so !!!!!! off with it that I told them I would report them for harassment (no idea who to though but that was beside the point:mad: ). I have a payment plan in place which they agreed and pay it every month by standing order yet I still get weekly letters/phone calls to my work/stupid postcards left saying that I'm in arrears and my account will be defaulted. Sometimes I wish they would just pass the account on to a DCA as I find them easier to deal with:rolleyes:£2019 in 2019 challenge:£50/2019

why dont you just bin them,?the same tactics are used by dca to get you to call them if your paying the creditor then just ignore them .0

These jokers keep phoning me up trying to get me to put all my credit card debt onto them. When I told them that it`s £46 they seem to loose interest so then they try to badger me into taking a loan with them
