Terms & Conditions

There are 10 prizes to be won. (1) The first prize is for 2 people travelling together and includes return economy flights (Air China) from London Heathrow to Beijing, return private transfers from airport to hotel in resort, five nights 3-star accommodation in a double or twin room on a bed and breakfast basis, guided day tour to the Great Wall of China and the Ming Tombs (including lunch) and comprehensive travel insurance. Transport between the winners’ home and the airport is the responsibility of the winner. The price of food and drink and other incidentals are not included. (2) There are 4 runners up prizes each consisting of a meal for 4 people at a Legacy of Taste nominated Chinese restaurant. The meal for 4 is subject to a maximum of £25 per person, travel to and from the restaurant is not included. (3) Finally, 5 winners will receive a crate of (24 x 330ml) of Tsingtao Beer.

All travel must be completed by 31 August 2010, and excludes travel on blackout days such as Christmas, Easter, Special Event days and Bank Holiday periods. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised in writing by the promotional agent.

Winners must hold a full and valid 10-year machine readable passport, which should be valid for a minimum of six months from the return date of travel. Winners must also obtain the necessary visa for entry into China. Passports and visas are the responsibility and cost of the winner.

Pre-existing medical conditions will not be covered under the insurance policy.
