Turkey and Cranberry sausages

Here goes with my first posting, though I have lurked for a long time. I feel like I already know some of you from your postings!
I bought some turkey and cranberry sausages from my local butcher the other day - now in the freezer. I do a mean bangers and mash (according to my son!), but I think these could be something a bit more special. They're quite skinny - more like chipolattas....
Any ideas anyone? Silly question, as you obviously will have!

My gran (who will be 101 next week btw -go gran!) always used to serve sausages and mash with bread sauce. It occurs to me that turkey and cranberry would go very nicely with bread sauce -I'm thinking Christmas lunch here. Wrap the sausages in bacon and roast them. Add some gravy and some veg and serve up a Christmassy spin on bangers and mash.0

Hi there
re the sausages - they would make a good casserole - even if you make up the veg part of the casserole and add the sausages near to the end of cooking time. They sound lovely.
Otherwise - posh sausage rolls, or posh twist on fried breakfast type meal. Also what about barbeque - make them into posh hot dogs.
