Moorcroft - dont exist MSL Solicitors - dont exist - whats going on?

Just found something out which I thought I would share as thought v interesting.

Moorcroft Debt Recovery apparently DO NOT EXIST as they are not listed, by the same token their supposed solicitors they use (its them really also) known as:-

MSL Solicitors - also do not exist and are not listed though in Stockport there is someone known as Martin Cunningham Solicitors -

    Where are you checking for the solicitors? They could be inhouse in which case they will not be listed elsewhere.

    By the way, listed where? I don't think they are in the phone book, but it didn't take me long to find the website.

    Moorcroft are listed on the Companies House website as a registered company, but if you want to check an individual solicitor or firm go to the Law Society site https://www.lawsociety.org.uk

    Every solicitor in England and Wales has to be listed with them. Firms have to register and confirm which solicitors are practising, so you'd be able to check through them.

    I work for a law firm and this is a regulatory requirement for all our lawyers.
    Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....
