As far as I know he hasnot received a form like that :S.
His ex-partners mum is interfering in the situation as she is claiming that he is not the father etc. My brother was informed that they had beensending the payments he had been making back as they say this!
What I dont get is how can they do that and take money off him? if they say he isnt the father shouldnt the CSA look into why they wanted him to pay maintenence?0 -
Has he told the CSA that he believes that he is not the father ? he should also report to them that he has never received the MEF, see my post on this thread for 31/08/07
