Thank you for the tip. Have just ordered a card successfully. :cheesy: What couldn't do was upload the 'easy uploader' so that I could use my own photo on a card. Am not sure whether this was due to lack of memory space on my laptop or down to the website. Would anyone know if this is something I can check out easily?

My cards have arrived today (ordered 1 with the free offer and then another 3 cards with the 50% discount)

Out of the 3 cards one of them isn't mine so I called Hallmark and they were excellent - said they were redespatching my entire order today and also took the barcode number of the random card so they could contact the owner for that one so they could resolve.

Great customer service so far - hope the correct card turns up tomorrow - they were very apologetic

BTW - the cards I ordered were all photographic and they are lovely quality - very happy
