MOORCROFT - MSL solicitors - MICHAEL -UNprofessional Bullies

I have a debt with Next for 870. which has now been sold on to Moorcroft. I had already written to Next and since becoming a client of CCCS they had sent Next all outgoings/income etc. When I informed them that Moorcroft now had the debt the CCCS re-sent everything they had already sent to next this time to Moorcroft.
I then received a letter from Moorcroft saying 'thank you for your correspondence' thereby acknowledging that had been sent.
Last weekend received a Claim Form to send to Court for Next from MSL Solicitors. I was v confused as Moorcroft were now listed as on of my creditors so why should Next now suddenly have the debt again.
I rang CCCS who advised I ring MSL and explain the debt had been take by Moorcroft (unbeknown to us at that time that MSL Solicitors ARE Moorcroft) as it was probably just crossed wires.
Well talking to MSL was pretty much like talking to a brick wall but even more infuriating - they said that Moorcroft had not had ANY correspondence - so I read the letter I had from them acknowledging the correspondence. He then said that correspondence meant 'PHONE CALL' I explained that correspondence meant it was something in writing. He disagreed. I asked if I could speak to someone more Senior - he said there wasnt anyone more Senior than himself. Himself sounded like an unintelligent teenage thug. I asked for his name - name was 'Michael' I asked 'Michael' for his surname he said I didnt need his surname. I said that if they were solicitors then they had an extremely unprofessional manner. I think that maybe Michael is not human but a Robot as when I spoke to Moorcroft he was also called 'Michael' I asked if everyone at Moorcroft and MSL was called 'Michael' - he said they might be ....... uh are these professionals or what?? professional bullies.
Michael from MSL (aka Moorcroft) then put the phone down so I rang the CCCS, told them what had happened.
The CCCS then rang Moorcroft to ask why they had sent me a form and why hadnt they acknowledged to me that that had received correspondence from themselves (CCCS) - they also denied to the CCCS that they had received anything. The CCCS asked whether MSL were 'in-house' solicitors it turned out YES - CCCS then faxed everything to Moorcroft.
Sorry if that seems like a load of waffle but we need to ensure we are not bullied by these people and I had to get it off my chest.
The CCCS were going to ring Moorcroft again this morning to get them to confirm that they had received all the correspondence and they are letting me know their response... watch this space.
