CCA Request

Hi, this has probably been answered before but its all a bit confusing so wondered if anyone could confirm what I believe to be true.

A few days ago a debt appeared on my credit file for £275 from a debt collection agency called Capquest. The debt says its for mail order and was started in 2003 and last defaulted in 2005.

I have no idea what this is but its possible it is my debt.

I am thinking of sending a CCA request so can someone advise me what the likely outcome would be since the debt is so old and for so little. Also, if they do not provide the original agreement how can i get this removed from my credit file?

Thanks in advance for any advice.
