  • with a Royal mail redirection they perform a credit check (part of their ID check I believe). I checked my experian report recently and I remember seeing this in the recent searches but I don't think it showed my new address - just the one I was redirecting from.

it might be worth a call to experian or equifax to see what they say, hopefully they will be able to tell you if there is any risk of your friend's address showing or not.

in terms of your bank and bills, the only way for them to not have your friend's address is by not giving it to them and rely only on the redirection service.

    hope this helps
